What makes Boll & Branch cotton different?
We use only 100% organic cotton that is Fair Trade Certified. Our long-staple fibers are spun into fine threads that result in softer, more durable sheets that get even better with every wash.
How should I care for my organic bedding?
We recommend machine washing in cold water on a gentle cycle with like colors. Use a mild, pH-neutral detergent and tumble dry on low heat to preserve the integrity of the organic fibers.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-night sleep trial. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within the first 30 days, you can return it for a full refund, even if the items have been washed or used.
When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days to arrive within the continental United States.
Are your products eco-friendly?
Yes. Our products are GOTS certified organic, meaning they are grown without harmful pesticides or synthetic fertilizers. We also use FSC-certified recycled paper for our packaging.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping capabilities to bring our organic comfort to more countries in the near future.
